The Discovery Meeting (via DM, Zoom, Phone). This is our first meeting where we define the objectives, goals and your desires. Further we define the deliverables, fees and schedule for the project. A non-refundable 1/3rd deposit is required to commission our services. Once the invoice is paid and we have the required information from you (sketches etc.), you are then considered our 'client'.
The drawing process starts with the Floor Plan. At this step, we create the Floor Plan drawing and when completed, a Zoom meeting is scheduled to review it with you, our client. We share our screen in this virtual meeting so we can collaborate to further enhance/modify until we are in agreement to move forward.
Relax while we continue work on creating the additional drawings that will be included in the 'set of drawings' (aka Plans/Blueprints/Construction Drawings). Once completed, or sometimes even during this process, another virtual meeting may be required to discuss other details as questions arise.
After the 'plans' have been completed to 99%, we typically have a final review meeting to go over the set of drawings, ask/answer any questions and make any final changes as needed.
After any final modifications from Step 4, we send the final invoice via PayPal (or by cash or check if local). PayPal accepts many forms of payment without requiring you to have a PayPal account. Once the invoice is paid, we will email you the custom house plans (PDF file with multiple pages). You can provide the PDF file to your builder, or local print shop (i.e. PIP printing etc.) if you want the drawings printed out to scale on large paper.
